Chocolate mousse for breakfast. Yummmmm

Today I felt like trying something new for breakfast, just to break away from the monotony of oats each morning. I was avoiding reaching for the prepackaged cereal boxes, which we do have very occasionally. So I found something curly tops and I would enjoy 🙂

Together we made a delicious, decadent chocolate mousse, nutritious enough to have for breakfast and not feel guilty about it 🙂 You must be wondering how this is possible right? A Chocolate mousse must be loaded with cream, sugar and other hidden calories and sweets. Well it doesn’t have to have all this stuff in it…

This is how:

You just blend 1 avocado,

4 Tbsp Cocoa

4 Tbsp Honey

1/4 cup Almond milk or other milk

Dash of Vanilla extract

Nuts (optional)

Once blended, I served it to curly tops with a sprinkling of oats, and organic blueberries and voila! Ready to eat 🙂
